SMS Programs & Consent

Web-TechServices operates SMS programs to communicate with clients, affiliates, and contest participants. Each program requires explicit opt-in consent. You may opt-in to any, all, or none of these programs.

Program 1: Transactional Alerts

Purpose: Account-related notifications and service alerts

Message Types:

New partner application notifications
Contest winner notifications and reminders
Project status updates
Account security alerts
Appointment and consultation reminders

Frequency: 1-5 messages per month

Opt-In Method: Checkbox during account registration or form submission

Program 2: Promotional Messages

Purpose: Marketing communications and special offers

Message Types:

Special offers and discounts
New service announcements
Commission and earnings updates (partners)
Platform tips and best practices

Frequency: 1-3 messages per month

Opt-In Method: Separate checkbox labeled "SMS Notifications"

Important: Each SMS program requires separate consent. Opting into one program does not automatically opt you into the other. Message and data rates may apply to all programs.

Opt-In Process

To receive SMS messages from Web-TechServices, you must:

Visit one of our registration or contact forms
Enter your phone number in the designated field
Check the SMS consent checkbox to opt-in to the program
Complete and submit the form

Note: SMS consent is NOT required to use our services or create an account. You can use Web-TechServices without opting into any SMS program.

How to Opt-Out

To Stop Receiving SMS Messages:

Reply STOP to any message from us
Reply STOP ALL to opt-out of all programs
Email larry@web-techservices.com with your phone number
Call (817) 264-7476

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START or update your preferences through your account.
